Service
KnightForce AI provides CRM, scheduling, invoicing, quote, communication, and AI business assistant tools for businesses. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter and for how they use the platform with their customers.
Accounts and Access
Users must keep login credentials secure and may only access accounts, businesses, customer records, and connected services they are authorized to use.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use KnightForce AI for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized messaging, data access, payment, or marketing activity. Users must follow applicable privacy, communications, and payment rules.
SMS Terms
SMS messages may include appointment reminders, invoice notifications, quote updates, customer support communications, and business notifications. Marketing SMS is sent only with explicit customer consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
Payments and Integrations
Payment, email, SMS, calendar, and other third-party integrations are provided through external service providers. Users are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and complying with provider terms.
