If a user connects a social platform or advertising platform, KnightForce AI may receive lead information from that platform, such as lead name, email address, phone number, campaign name, form name, and related source metadata.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the KnightForce AI service, route requests to AI agents, create and update CRM records, send emails requested by users, manage billing, improve product reliability, and support connected lead intake workflows.
AI Processing
KnightForce AI may process user-provided business information with AI services to classify requests, draft responses, summarize business activity, and help complete user-directed workflows. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate the app, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, payment services, and AI processing. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to KnightForce AI.

Users may update business records inside the app. Users may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Social platform connections may be disconnected from the app or from the connected platform account.
