Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your KnightForce AI account data, customer records, lead records, imported social platform lead data, or connected platform data.

How To Request Deletion

Email gnewton26@gmail.com with the subject line "KnightForce AI Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

  • Your name.
  • Your business name.
  • The email address used for your KnightForce AI account.
  • Whether you want all account data deleted or only data from a connected platform.

Connected Social Platform Data

If you connected a social or advertising platform, you may request deletion of imported lead data. You may also disconnect KnightForce AI from the platform through that platform's app or business integration settings.

Processing Time

We will review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes.
